Great price repaired my 2011 silversdo

Enjoyed my experience with Best Auto Care for A/C repair on my 2019 Ford Explorer. While other shops said I needed this or that and cost upwards of $3000, Best Auto Care was friendly, honest, thorough, made sure I understood what was actually needed, and performed the work quickly (within 24 hours) and at a price that greatly beat other local shops! They will be my go to for any other work I need for all of my vehicles!

Honesty is a word that's not often associated with the auto repair business, but it should be. Last month, my Ford Explorer started having an issue, so I took it to the shop. They ran diagnostics but couldn't find the problem. About a month later, the same warning appeared on my dashboard. I took it back, and this time they found the issue, fixed it, and only charged me for the oil. They could have easily charged me much more, and I probably would have never known the difference. Marketing may get people's attention, but honesty earns their trust and loyalty. Thank you for proving that integrity still matters.

I needed a mechanic ASAP because my Jeep Wrangler had smoke coming out from under the hood. I just moved to the area and I googled mechanic shops and this one was the only one who picked up the phone to see if they’d even be able to fix my issue. Hugo answered the phone and he was SO helpful before I even went into the shop. Once I got there, Mark took a look at my car, gave me a quote and was able to fix it that same day. Super nice people. My truck started having transmission issues, so I took it in to be checked. After taking the time to inspect it, Mr. Hugo gave me the diagnosis and recommendations for the repair—either performing maintenance (fluid change and additives) or rebuilding the transmission. I opted for the maintenance. I appreciated that they gave me options and explained what to expect and what might happen. Plus, while I waited for the service, they offered me a complimentary drink, Wi-Fi, and a phone charger. I am very satisfied with the service; I will definitely return there when I need service again. Also, Hugo speaks Spanish, in case you prefer to be assisted in Spanish. They worked on my 2015 Hyundai genesis so far car is running great. Very pelase with the work but, I was unhappy about the added cost for parts. I think expensive part replacement should be told up front as a possible expense not sprung on you later. What happens if I didn't have it after you've already taken my car apart? Other than that they do excellent work.

Hugo & Mark have a really solid operation, I have trusted the Best AutoCare team, pun intended with service needs from body work to engine rebuilds, and the results are amazing.

Quality and friendly service

Guys were great man. They figure out the issue and replaced the whole transmission. Car was picked up by them on a Friday and by the following Wednesday I was rolling. They also have a wonder since of humor as well.

I bought a used car not knowing what I had gotten myself into. It was leaking coolant among other things. They went through the entire car and advised me on what needed to be replaced immediately and what could wait. The staff was friendly and courteous. I received an update through phone call or text daily. Service time was quick and the cost was very reasonable. When the car was ready, they even washed it for me.

My Car broke down on the road after rebuilding my suspension on my way to the rim shop. and my car broke down (2018 maxima) I was gonna bring my car in for a transmission fluid exchange anyway but my car gave out on the road I came over to Best Price Transmission they did the diagnostic test and it came back that my transmission was gone. So I broke down and became miserable lucky these guys worked with me on getting a low mileage unit and even let me make payments to them the time frame was from 1/16/26-3/26/26 they didnt hassle me they worked patiently with me the guy Mark was very cool to work with he made me laugh several times even listened to me rant. Dude was so cool to work with. Ill be doing more business for sure

As a proud "member" of the Save the Manual Transmission Society, the day had come when I needed transmission diagnostic evaluation, subsequent repair and clutch replacement. The vehicle had increasingly difficulty engaging into 1st/reverse. ~71k miles 2015 "mostly stock" SRT 392 Challenger 6MT. This is a skilled, labor intensive, specific tools, time undertaking which is not inexpensive. Through their evaluation they noted also some suspension issues that I was not aware of that I addressed as well. Upgraded the clutch. Throughout the process I received excellent communication, with updates and photos. They even detailed my car! Thank you.

I can not recommend this repair shop enough! I’m so happy to be have found Best Price Transmissions & Autocare! I’d taken my car to a different place previously but hadn’t gotten my issue resolved. They were able to get my car fixed in a speedy manner. Their customer service was also top tier! Every one there, from Chris in the front, to Cody, was extremely friendly and helpful. I stopped by Best Price Transmission today looking for a hard to find transmission housing gasket. I had the pleasure to deal with Freddie and his technician and they were eager to help me locate the gasket. Matter of fact they took down my name and telephone number and called me 10 minutes later with the gasket. Big Shout Out to Freddie, definitely good looking out.
